Cancellation Policy 

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a treatment; any less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the treatment. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled.
